In my new role as wife-to-be, i find myself filling my weekends with cooking and baking, always using new recipes that I find on blogs that I follow. I didn’t grow up cooking or baking, and have never had any enjoyment or desire to do so. Jason and I moved in together in Sept 2010 and I knew that I would be the one in charge of cooking, since Jason is limited to grilled cheese and scrambled eggs. I now have a grand love of cooking, and especially trying new recipes that seem challenging. I found this recipe this weekend and tried it out yesterday to add to our dinner. AMAZING. Maybe this blog should turn into my cooking adventure blog..hmmm..now how to get followers…
